Fall Break Gratitude

We took a few days to go camping at Fall Creek Falls with some of our favorite camping families last week. It was a refreshing week of hiking, biking, reading and resting, not to mention playing with my camera. It started out warm enough to swim during the Gorge hike, but ended with layers of clothes and blankets and lots of bonfires. The leaves were changing too–much more so than here in Nashville, where almost everything is green. My list for the week:

  • Good friends

This was a delight to find in my Inbox this morning. Thanks for sharing, Lara.

  2. Sounds so familiar – we used to camp every Labor Day with good friends and lots of children. Special times we will not forget!
